Creating a Mastermind Circle

Fri, 11/09/2012 - 4:26pm | by monicadear

When we work as part of a team, we achieve more.

When you are on your own, you are limited by your energy levels and the number of hours in a day. When you are on your own, you are limited by your own belief about what is possible. When you are on your own, you are limited by your current circle of acquaintances and business contacts.

When you develop a mastermind group, you expand your opportunities. You leverage the skills and abilities of others in your group. You gain access to other ideas, methods, backgrounds, and reasoning capabilities. You grow your mental and spiritual muscles. You are unlimited in finding the "right" connections because you exponentially increase your contacts list.

Why do so many of us continue to think we need to "go it alone?"

I invite you to consider the benefits of joining or creating a mastermind circle:

+ Increased brainpower

+ Increased connections and contacts

+ Increased points-of-view

+ Increased ability to analyze your opportunitiy or challenge

+ Increased solutions

+ Increased access to people who are able to advise you

+ Increased knowledge

+ Increased success

Join a mastermind circle and work with others in your community, or online, to create accountability and more diverse thinking about the issues you're working on.

You may consider developing multiple circles: I'm working on a financial freedom circle, a social justice/charity/philanthropy circle, and a health-wellness circle. Within the context of a group, you gain clarity, insight, and targeted focus from other people who are interested in your success. With your mastermind partners, you hold each other accountable, and by doing so, you measurably achieve more.

Join us as a member and access the wonderful participants in our directory-- with all of us working on shared success, you are sure to find a mastermind partner to help you and celebrate with you on your journey.
