Creating a Vision for the Planet

Earth from Space

"The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing." - Stephen R. Covey

When we develop and refine a clear vision for ourselves, we have a higher capacity of achieving that vision. When we're uncertain and cloud our thinking, our clarity of vision dissipates and we ourselves become less effective.

For example, if you have a project to do but an unclear idea about resources, process, outcomes, or deliverables, I promise that your end project will be unclear, unfocused, and undefined. However, with a laser-like focus on what the end result is to be, you work smoothly and efficiently from one end (pre-visioning) to the other end (final delivery), knowing that you're on the right track.

Learning how to Partner with Others: 5 Tips to Remember

Do you offer something that someone else may need?

Does someone else offer a service or product that you need?

Consider becoming partners!

When you're building a business, it's important to work with people you trust and like.

You'll want to decide if you want to contract out work (by hiring an individual or firm) or identifying partners who agree to work with you in exchange for equity in your endeavor. You could offer something like a 1%, 10%, 40% share (or more) in your company depending on what your potential partner brings to the table.
