  • Will you focus on ways we all may work collaboratively?

  • Will you share your specific focus on health, relationships, fitness, work and career, parenting, or finances?

  • Are you a woman business owner or do you have a progressive or green/environmentally-friendly/sustainable company?

Responsibilities of Contributing Writers (regular schedule)

booksIf you commit to writing on a regular schedule (at least once a month) to help our readers succeed, we encourage your contribution.

Posts are typically in-depth and include links, pictures, and different aspects of your personalized point of view for our readers.

This is not a paying role but you have ample opportunities to increase your online presence and network with other women.

All content on the ASuccessfulWoman.com website must be unique and not published elsewhere.

If your article fits with the overall theme and values of our site, and you are willing to participate on a regular schedule, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to publish your articles directly to the website, with your bio and link.

Guidelines for Writers

A photo is encouraged, such as from the Flickr advanced search: http://www.flickr.com/search/advanced/? within the Creative Commons license.

If the photo is on your hard drive already - you may use "attach image" and "upload file" to attach the photo to your post.

Tag your post with descriptive keywords.

Use bold, italics, and lists when possible -- it's easier on the eye.

You may put a mini-bio, typically a paragraph with links to your own website, at the bottom of the post.

Posts are usually pushed to social media and RSS feeds for additional exposure.

Note that there may be up to an 8 hour delay before new content is posted live to the website, to pass editorial guidelines and to check formatting, spelling, and grammar.
