Questionnaire for Business Owners
If you are lucky, one day you too will receive a questionnaire in your in-box asking about your company prefaced with the very flattering "one of my group projects is to interview a successful entrepreneur so that we can do a presentation for the class... I have searched you up on the web and found that you are a very successful entrepreneur."
Would you like to be prepared to answer that type of request? One thing that I've noticed in the stories of all the people whose dreams come true is that they prepare themselves by "stepping into" the life they envision for themselves. They imagine what their typical day looks like, who their friends are, what their desk looks like, what kinds of activities they take on in a typical week, where their house is, who they are on stage with, where they perform, what kind of car they drive, how they feel, what types of charities they're involved with, their physical exercise regimen, etc. --- it's all in there, in the very beginnings of their visioning ---- so when the time comes for them to step into that reality, their brain, heart, and mind are already "prepped" to do so with ease and grace.
In the meantime, prepare your responses in advance!
Here are some questions for you to ruminate upon.

I believe that for the sake of mental health, sanity, and security, we each deserve to follow our intuition, treat ourselves well, and look after our own best interests. If we focus on continuous improvement and do this naturally every day, with the mindset of being grateful and expressing deep respect for the gift of life, we can incrementally change our living situation.

Tue, 01/03/2012 - 4:44pm | by monicadearI pride myself on being fairly well-educated and tolerant of diversity.
Here are four completely out-of-the-ordinary ideas I've recently been exposed to. I've had a hard time wrapping my head around each of these, but I think that each is a very early indication of different trends in our modern world, and in terms of a business approach, it would be wise to consider ways to integrate these ideas into your existing business model or your marketable job skills: natural remedies, open source mentality, overall collaboration, and green extreme.

Mon, 12/26/2011 - 11:26pm | by monicadearLike it or not, most of the items you have in your life, from the shoes on your feet, the clothes on your back, the food and drink you consume, even the place where you live, has been a choice you made during some kind of sales process.
You were sold on the type of car you drive or the bicycle you ride, or the bus route you take.
You were sold on what kind of sleeping arrangements you have, your choice of having a significant other or staying single, even your political affiliation, religion, or even what kind of snacks you choose!
