Focusing your Energies: Tip #8 Drink Water
Today is tip number 8 in a thirty-day series of tips on focusing our abilities towards personal success.
We are made of water.
Now is a great time to institute a policy of drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Go ahead and get up, pour yourself a glass of water, or get a large water bottle and bring it to where you’re sitting.
When we drink water, we help rehydrate all of our cells.
We give our body enough to lubricate all our different processes (sloughing away old cells, generating new cells, cleansing the blood, and keeping our organs pumping).
Drink it!
Refreshing….. cool….. ahhhhhh.
