Crystal Accents on Delightful Wonderful Things: What I’ve Hand-picked for you
Susanna Ordway is a San Francisco Bay Area artisan who specializes in creating beautiful, handmade Swarovski jewelry, including earrings, bracelets, anklets, and rings, through her workshop, Crystal Accents. www.crystalaccents.com.
She is a personal friend of mine and I highly recommend her work: she has an excellent sense of style and color, quality products, and a harmonious sense of design. She’s also another Asian American woman in business, who I most definitely want to support.
Her business has grown tremendously in the last five years and she now does a number of shows in California’s Contra Costa County (Dublin, Lafayette, Pleasant Hill, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, Pleasanton). If you’re in the East Bay areas, check out her show schedule:

I first met Susanna through a BNI group that my partner and I participated in: she is warm and sunny in person and she always takes the time to be very detail oriented in her jewelry-making. I am so impressed when someone takes the time to create a masterpiece out of hand-picked materials.
Susana displays her gallery online (my company created her website!) and the site is subdivided into crystal necklaces, crystal earrings, cystal anklets, rings and toe rings, watches, ring maille, and her special signature styles.
She updates the site regularly with seasonal specials, so check it out for new styles. Susanna uses materials like the colored Swarovski crystals (in Amethyst, Aquamarine, Black Diamond, Crystal, Emerald, Fuchsia, Jet, Light Topaz, Montana, Olivine, Peacock, Peridot, Ruby, Sapphire, and Tanzanite). She also customizes your jewelry with different colors of pearl, like White Pearl, Cream Pearl, Hematite Pearl, Burgundy Pearl, and Bronze Pearl. Gorgeous!
Susanna credits her excellent sense of fashion and style to her mother, a former couturier in the Hong Kong fashion industry. Through Crystal Accents, she says she is “now able to fulfill her artistic mission: To create beautiful items that help enhance a woman’s beauty and style, that visually communicate her individual personality, which results in building a more positive self-image.”
You are sure to love her work. Visit her online for fun, flirty, around-town jewelry.
