When your body or soul is feeling ill, you usually have some kind of imbalance or some manifestation of stress, pain, anger, or tension. Typically you succumb to outside viruses and bacteria when you're tired or irritated.
Your body consistently strives for health, so if you have illness, or pain, or if you even have something that you feel you should address, even if it isn't a full-blown sickness or injury -- now is the time to look at it.

If you are trying to conceive, if you are currently pregnant, or if you have recently given birth, congratulations! Your most important work is contributing to the next generation, and you are blessed with the opportunity to care for a new life. Your nutrition, your health, your overall wellness, and your work plan are all important factors at this time.

Women in business care for employees and employees’ families, as well as clients, customers, vendors, and associates. Women in education care for students and students’ families. Women in government care for entire municipalities, states, and national policy.
Are we caring for ourselves as much as we care for others?
