Being Flexible Enough to Evolve, in Any Situation

Evolution

Part of our challenge as living, breathing beings is to seek happiness, health, and fulfillment through our daily lives. Wherever you experience obstructions, obstacles, irritations, stressors, or "gray areas," you'll know that you have your highest potential to grow through dealing with those situations.

Evolving, to me, means being able to expand my perceptions, understand other individual perspectives, and find the best solution that I can cope with at that time. Evolving also means becoming more of who I am truly meant to be.

I've realized that I have to own it:

Growth Doesn’t Have to Equal Inefficiency

Big Buildings - Makati

Expanding your business is like a dream come true.  It’s more than you could have hoped for when you started out in a run-down building with patched walls and bars on the window (all you could afford).  Now you’ve got the money to move into a bigger space in a better section of town, hire additional employees, and take your enterprise to the next level, all thanks to careful planning, hard work, and a dash of luck along the way.  However, you may have noticed that your extra spending has not exactly led to increased efficiency amongst the ranks.  In fact, it may seem like just the opposite has occurred.  This is not uncommon.  Small companies often suffer growing pains as they strive to expand.  However, by implementing a few simple tips and tricks, yo

Succeed by Breaking Your Big Goal into Smaller Chunks

If I told you that you needed to make a million dollars, could you do it? Why or why not?

.... while you're working on the ideas of why or why not, here are some brainstorm ideas to get you started on the "how" --

What if I told you to come up with 20 different items that each provide you positive cash flow of $5 apiece --- and then sell the whole thing as a $100 package to 10,000 people?

What if I told you to come up with 1 idea that provides you positive cash flow of $5 per unit, and over the next ten years, you distribute and sell that item 10 times a year, to 2000 people?

Lessons in Success: #27 Stretch Every Day

Stretching our body every day is an excellent way to keep limber, fit, and healthy. Stretching on a regular basis is a great routine to incorporate into your day, particularly in the morning, right when you wake up.

I'd like you to take five minutes now to stretch out your body.

+ Head

+ Neck

+ Shoulders

+ Torso

+ Arms

+ Hands

+ Fingers

+ Hips

+ Legs

+ Calves

+ Feet

+ Toes

When we stretch, we honor and treasure our bodies. We give thanks for the physical body that helps house our innermost dreams, goals, aspirations, beliefs, and values. We value our physical being.

Lessons in Success: #26 Find the Balance

"For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction."

- Newton's Third Law of Motion

"Our very life itself is a paradox, contradictory in many senses; whenever you have too much of one thing you have problems created by that. You always have extremes and therefore it is important to try and find the middle way, to balance the two."

- Dalai Lama, 1976

Today, I'd like you to experience balance.

Literally stand up and feel your body as it stands in one place.

Listen to your breath, feel your limbs, your arms and legs, your fingers and toes.
