Bio

I am a Self-employed Business Consultant and a Mother of five children. I provide consulting to non-profit agencies in the capacity of program development/implementation, program/data management and training and development.

I have over 25 years of work experience with 11 of those in consulting. I am skilled in grant writing, management and implementation, program development and implementation, database development data management and data analysis, developing workflow processes, employment, life skills and computer skills training, staff development, motivational case management strategies, and working with at-risk youth.

I attended Marian College and received an Associate of Arts in Business Administration Human Resources Management in 2008 and continued at Marian University and received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with concentrations in Business Management, Human Resources Management and Marketing in 2010. I am pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan. My Awards & Publications include: Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges 2009-2010, National Public Radio (NPR) 2006, Indianapolis Star & News 1999, 2005, Indianapolis Recorder 2005, 2010, Marian University Adult Program Newsletter 2009, 2010 and Published Author, Woman to Woman, AuthorHouse 2009. My ultimate goal is to obtain a Ph. D in Psychology. I have always wanted to positively impact the lives of others by empowering and motivating them to reach their potential through life coaching, mentoring and public speaking. My goal is to travel nationally to accomplish this goal.

My Goal for the Year

My goals for the year are to publish my second book, to re-define my purpose and mission in life, change my current financial situation, continue working towards my Masters Degree.
